Icons

This is a list of things that has to be done for the icons.

add new "setup accounts" icon. (we need an icon representing an account and one for representing the setup of accounts)
add second file transfer animation (we need upload and download animations)
remove icons in the options dialogue (most of them do not make any sense at all)
rightklick->send message uses "message.png" icon from the system iconset. It must use the icon from the roster iconset.(completely remove "send.png" from system iconset)
History has to use the right icons from _roster_ iconset, depending on what type of message was received and sent by a user. It's senseless to use "message.png" for your outgoing messages of any type, and "chat.png" for any incoming messages.
dialogues do not use right icons in titlebar (about,tips,jabber-accounts,options,xml-console,join groupchat, groupchat-find, user agent, configure toolbar)
add new animated icon to replace hardcoded Psi animation that indicates activity. (activity.png in system.jisp)
remove extra icons that are only used in linux for one reason or another ("cancel.png", "ok.png", "")
use different icons for pgp and ssl encryption (+ put encryption icons in roster.jisp)
assign arrow icons to the buttons: "previous" "next" in history & assign search icon to "find" button
provide separated animations for "authorize" and "system error" events (replacing system.png
remove Psi icon in front of "about" in the menu
use "play_nosound.png" as the toggle icon if sound is disabled
remove colored gradient in the options menu, use bigger headline and brighter subheadline on standard OS background
tweak the logo for more contrast (add version with shadow for macOS)
