The style I'm intending to mimic is that of http://trac.gajim.org/wiki/GajimCommunityArt. Actually, the thumbnail style on Gajim's site was established by Blancmange after some discussions on xmpp:gajim@conference.gajim.org stemming from Kolobok's desire to have thumbnails for his animated emoticons and the Gajim site keepers' desire for a compact and non-animated page.

The thumbnails are a static preview of a selection of 10-15 elements of the icon set, say. If they represent an animated set, ^animated should appear adjacent to the preview image.

To provide a consistent experience for users of the Psi wiki, it would be helpful to have the page entries for each icon set, theme or smiley set submitted by the contributors rather than simply linking to external web pages.
