Rules for creation packages name
The rules for naming the newly created packages/distributions for downloads.
Names of binaries for different operating systems
The name of the archive/package with the binaries formed as follows (lowercase):
[product-name]-[current.product.version]-[operating.system]-[architecture]-[additional.parameter]].ext
Examples:

- psi-plus-0.14.960-linux-x86-debug.tar.bz2
